Internal Experimental Projects
Service availability may change over time without prior notice.
3. Project Scope & Agreements
All client work is subject to a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, or written agreement.
Each agreement may define:
Deliverables
Timelines
Revision rounds
Pricing
Payment schedules
Ownership rights
Technical limitations
Maintenance scope
In the event of conflicts between these Terms & Conditions and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.
4. Payments
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice or proposal.
TEQQED reserves the right to:
Pause ongoing work due to overdue payments
Delay project delivery until outstanding balances are settled
Apply additional fees for late payments where legally permitted
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Revisions & Feedback
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and required materials.
Delays in communication, missing content, or repeated scope changes may impact delivery timelines.
Unless otherwise stated, revision rounds are limited to those specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Final approved deliverables become the property of the client after full payment
TEQQED retains ownership of internal processes, frameworks, drafts, concepts, systems, and unused design explorations
TEQQED may showcase completed work in portfolios, presentations, social media, award submissions, or promotional materials unless restricted by NDA
Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
Accurate information
Necessary project assets
Timely communication
Legal rights to submitted materials
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any content, assets, or materials provided to TEQQED do not infringe on third-party rights.
8. Website Use
Users may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or servers
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
Use the website for unlawful or harmful activities
Introduce malicious code, spam, or disruptive behavior
TEQQED reserves the right to restrict or terminate access when misuse is detected.
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or integrations including hosting providers, analytics tools, CMS platforms, Framer plugins, APIs, or payment processors.
TEQQED is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical failures caused by third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEQQED shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Data loss
Revenue loss
Delays caused by external providers or client-side dependencies
All services are provided “as is” unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
11. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during a project will be treated with reasonable care and discretion.
Separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may apply where required.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing.
The client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, ongoing work, and incurred expenses up to the termination date.
TEQQED reserves the right to terminate collaboration in cases involving abusive behavior, illegal activities, or repeated violations of agreed terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
TEQQED may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
Continued use of the website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the operating jurisdiction of TEQQED.
