Overview
Kumo set out to challenge the traditional real estate experience by replacing static property searches with intelligent, conversational discovery. The goal was simple: make finding the perfect property feel effortless while dramatically improving lead quality and operational efficiency.
Our collaboration covered every stage of the product, including brand strategy, visual identity, UX and UI design, and the complete development of an AI powered listing platform. The result is a clean, minimal, and frictionless experience that feels more like talking to an expert than browsing a catalogue.



Approach
Rather than rebuilding what already existed, we started with a rapid strategic analysis to identify the highest impact opportunities across branding, customer journeys, automation, and technology.
We developed a lean digital strategy focused on three principles:

Instead of forcing users through endless filters, visitors describe what they are looking for in natural language. AI interprets their intent and presents highly relevant properties, locations, and recommendations tailored to their preferences.
Behind the scenes, intelligent automation powers nearly every operational workflow. Approximately 95% of lead qualification, customer communication, content distribution, and marketing automation runs without manual intervention, while human oversight ensures quality and accuracy where it matters most.
The platform was built using a modern technology stack centered around Next.js, with Cloudflare powering high performance content delivery and storage. Resend handles transactional emails, automated customer journeys, and personalized newsletters, creating a seamless communication experience from the first interaction through every stage of the customer lifecycle.
The interface itself reflects Kumo’s philosophy: minimal, fast, intuitive, and distraction free.

Challenge
Kumo’s previous website was built on an outdated WordPress installation that had become increasingly difficult to maintain, extend, and optimize. The experience lacked flexibility, personalization, and the performance expected from a modern digital product.
Visitors often struggled to discover properties relevant to their needs, while the sales team spent significant time filtering low intent inquiries before reaching genuinely qualified prospects. Marketing workflows were largely manual, making personalization at scale nearly impossible.
