Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the Teqnine website and our general service relationship.
Agreement to these terms
These terms govern use of this website and, where no separate written agreement applies, interaction with Teqnine services. A signed proposal, statement of work, order form, or other agreement takes priority where it conflicts with these general terms.
Our services
Teqnine provides strategy, research, design, engineering, artificial intelligence, automation, content, and related advisory and implementation services. Scope, timing, responsibilities, deliverables, and fees are defined in the applicable agreement.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, and materials you have the right to use. You remain responsible for business decisions, legal compliance, approvals, and the accuracy of information you ask us to publish or process.
Fees, invoices, and taxes
Fees and billing terms are stated in the applicable agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within fourteen days and exclude applicable taxes. Late payment may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
Intellectual property
Teqnine retains pre-existing materials, methods, reusable components, tools, and know-how. Rights in project-specific deliverables are defined in the applicable agreement and usually transfer or become licensed after full payment.
Third-party services and AI
Work may use third-party platforms, open-source components, data sources, and AI services. Their availability and terms are controlled by their providers. AI-assisted output requires appropriate human review and final client approval.
Confidentiality
Each party must protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the relevant relationship, subject to customary exclusions and legally required disclosure.
Disclaimers
We perform services with reasonable professional care. Except for express written commitments, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific commercial result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential loss or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, savings, or data. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to protect the website, users, or our rights, or following material breach. Client-project termination is governed by the applicable agreement. Terms concerning payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive where appropriate.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Dutch law and disputes are submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to hello@teqqed.com.
